SIC Ceramic Foam Filter is a kind of effective molten metal filter which is mainly designed for filtering impurities from grey iron . Thanks to their structure ,porosity,chemical composition and technical processing they guarantee efficient filtration of melted metals. Filters are placed into pre -developed chambers in inlet systems of forms or they can be placed into pouring cups or exothermal casing of pads. Silicon carbide ceramic foam filters are also suitable for direct casting on filter. It can effectively remove inclusions, reduce trapped gas from liquid metal and provide laminar flow when applied as filter in gating system.

The modes of Packing and Storing:
Inside packing: Filters are put in small box and Layered packaging. There is cardboard between each layer.
Outside packing: Cartons&Pallets. Three layer corrugated cartons and export special pallets .
The mark on cartons can be designed according to the customer's request.
The filters can only be stored in covered and dry storage rooms.
